We focus our expertise on the areas that count.
A player’s career is short so we concentrate on maximising earning potentials and helping players make the right decision for their careers. We see our legal skills as a vital part of negotiating the best deal for players. We ensure that each agent has a manageable client list that allows us to guarantee every player gets a fully-focused, personalised service.
We have first-hand experience of career ending injuries. Moreover, we have first-hand experience of what it takes to transition successfully from professional rugby into the business world. Both Ben and Leon have had the misfortune of having their successful playing careers cut short. They however have both transitioned successfully into the business world. They have practical experience of how best to prepare for life after sport. This is one of LSM and in particular, Leon’s, passions. So much so that Leon wrote a book, From Bootroom to Boardroom on the subject. See: www.leonlloyd.co.uk. Leon provides invaluable practical advice to players on this topic. We see it as a vital part of our services and one that we are industry leader in.
“Ben Woods and Legion have represented me for nearly all of my professional career.

and also to give me honest feedback on all related to my professional career..

and I have enjoyed being looked after by them.”
“I first signed with David Ricketts in 2009 when I was playing for Doncaster in the Championship.
He was instrumental in getting me into the Premiership with Wasps and finally back to my hometown club Edinburgh.
David has been my agent for 7 seven years and since then my career has gone from strength to strength.
He is straightforward, honest and incredibly hard working. “
“Legion Sports have played a huge role in my career on and off the field.
In 2014 I returned to England from France. It was a difficult time for me and my family and that is were LSM stood out for me.
They handled the complicated negotiations excellently but also made themselves available at any hour to to talk through the move.
I feel completely at ease with LSM handling the business side of my rugby career.”
